Shipping & Delivery Policy

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping locations

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or international addresses at this time.

Shipping methods and delivery times

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method and delivery address.

• Any available promotions (such as free shipping) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order confirmation and tracking

• After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect addresses

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

• If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@outdoorhomeupgrades.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

• We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
